Lima City Tour 1
Visit the Cathedral*, which is almost as old as the city itself, although it was rebuilt and remodeled after earthquakes in the 17th and 18th centuries. The main façade contains statues of the apostles.
A central niche contains a representation of the sacred heart of Jesus. Inside there are altars in the baroque, rococo and neoclassical style; paintings and sculptures from the 17th and 18th centuries and carved wooden choir stalls that are a masterpiece of Hispano-American colonial art.
Visit Casa de Aliaga, an historical home that was built in 1535 over what had been a large Pre-Hispanic construction, the ceremonial pyramid of Taulichusco. It has beautiful rooms, furniture, paintings and tiles, and is the oldest home on the continent still family-owned, as it has been for seventeen generations.
LARCO MUSEUM: Housed in a unique colonial residence dating back to the XVII century, built on top of a VIII century pyramid, this fabulous museum includes the exquisite Collection of Peruvian Gold and Silver from the olden days, and the Pre-Hispanic Erotic Art Salon. Its pieces have toured major world museums. Larco is among only a few museums around the world opening their vaults to the public, with over 45,000 archaeological pieces that have been classified by renowned specialists and scholars. The Larco Museum exhibits the largest private collection of pre-Colombian Peruvian art in the world.

Lima City Tour 3
The Pachacamac Archaeological Sanctuary, located 40 km southeast of Lima, is a massive pre-Hispanic, coastal religious center, spanning over 465 hectares. Occupied for over 1,200 years by cultures like the Ichma and Incas, it served as a major oracle dedicated to the creator god «Pachacamac,» featuring mud-brick temples, pyramids, and palaces.
